We specialise in preparing properties for sale or rent. We also handle the daily maintenance requirements for the residential rental and commercial sectors. A growing part of the residential market in Dublin is the entering into long term 25 year leases by local authorities with property owners whom can deliver scale. Where enhanced leases are entered into, there is a need for the owner to have a partner to take responsibility for the maintenance and repair of these units. BT Property Services are perfectly placed to assist in this regard.
